08.02.2022 Ratification of a management agreement between Wielton SA, Ebertconsulting
GmbH and Dr. Jörg Ebert with the aim of founding ABERG Axles GmbH and ABERG Axles
SPzoo. Ebertconsulting GmbH contributes 2 of its German and European intellectual
property rights to the association. The aim of founding the companies is the development
and production of a cost-optimized twist beam axle suspension for trailers, which is to
become the lightest trailer suspension on the European market and has outstanding driving
and comfort characteristics as a unique selling point. This running gear is also to be
equipped with a disruptive development approach to accommodate electric motors for
propulsion and braking energy recuperation.
